The Institute for Employment Studies (Working at home, April 2020) noted there has been a significant increase of between 55-58% in new aches and pains, particularly musculoskeletal complaints of the neck, shoulder and back.
Added to that are the mental health problems that some of are experiencing, so it’s important to find a solution.
